Dita Von Teese: Not to be messed with
We love Dita Von Teese, but has anyone noticed, she seems to sue alot of people.
The burlesque star's latest lawsuit comes amongst allegations that photos of her were used on a book cover without her consent.
Dita is seeking unspecified damages for the use of her photo on a paranormal novel called 'Twilight's Shadow'. The lawsuit is against Macmillian Publishers.
You may remember earlier in the year, when Teese sued someone over a broken, giant swan she has especially made for her.
