She is only 20, but has achieved more than most people twice her age. She appears in American Apparell's latest adverts, and represents a new kind of star in L.A. : The all - rounder. She is Hollywoods newest lolita.
Sasha Grey was born March 14th 1988 in Sacremento California. She is an American porn star, film and stage actor, writer, photographer, performance/transgressive artist and experimental musician. Originally she toyed with the Anna Karina (the name of Jean Luc Godard's ex wife) before deciding on her present name. She has state the name "Grey" comes represents Oscar Wilde's novel Dorian Grey and the Kinsey scale of sexuality. These are but a few of Sasha Grey's favorite things.
Recently in an interview, she asked 'how many 18 year olds are interested in existentialism?', explaining why some one so young might enter such a big bad business. She cites David Bowie and Jean Luc Godard as the greatest influences on her life. She is also part of the band aTelecine, and recently released a vinyl.
